Termination of Registration:

Active-Days.org may add to, change, delete or terminate your use of the Site and its Services at any time for any reason without notice to you. Active-Days.org shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site and its Services. Active-Days.org reserves the right to refuse to offer the Site and its Services to anyone at anytime without notice.

Miscellaneous:

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Active-Days.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or condition.  In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, you agree the following provisions will survive: the provisions regarding limitations on your use of Content, the license(s) you have granted to Active-Days.org, and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate.
